Reports from Walmarts everywhere, more Special Bronze Attacks have been spotted. We are told up to 24 per Walmart, 3 complete sets of 8.

Well, not to be left behind Walmart, Target has an exclusive Bakugan release all it’s own too. Introducing the Combat Sets…in charaters like Dan & Spectra, these packs include 2 bakugans, 1 Trap and 1 regular Bakugan… On the Resistance side you have Dan, Marucho and Mira, but for the Vexo’s is Spectra and Lync with their Meta (Mechanical) Bakugans from New Vestroia. Spectra combines Helios and Fencer to create Meta Helios and Lync’s combine to make Meta Altair. I can’t say how long these will last and if they really will Only be released at Target, as I just can’t see this being our only chance to grab the meta versions…but who knows, be sure to check them out at BakuganBay if you can’t reach a Target in time.

Hey bakufans, I was in Walmart earlier and came accross these new Bronze Attacks. As far as I know, they where originally intended for a Walmart release in Canada, but somehow have ended up on USA Walmart racks also. All Black with accents in gold, these bakugans very cool. Available in Dragonoid, Hammer Gorem, Preyas, Fortress, Ravenoid and Storm Skyress plus Gate and Ability cards. Even the package is very different on these limited editions, all white and gold, with a Walmart only sticker. On the back of the package it reads: Score G-Power Bonuses. The new Bronze Bakugan racks up extra G-Power from your opponent’s gate card. Use your enemy’s power against them to win! Check out all the Bronze Attacks at BakuganBay here

The Bakugan accessory everyone has been waiting for….the BakuGauntlet! and we’ve got one early to review.

The BakuGauntlet is a G calculator, and works as such for normal battles, adding or subtracting G Powers like a normal calculator… but it also gives players a random G power boost as part of using the Gauntlet during gameplay… from what I can tell so far it adds anywhere between 30 to 350 G’s. If only 1 player has a Gauntlet, the other player receives the same G Power boost.

At first glance, it’s pretty solid, unlike the old launcher felt… the plastic seems pretty thick and could handle a few drops on a hard surface. The buttons are easy to press, and it won’t be a hard layout to remember for later use with-out looking. The BakuGauntlet runs on 2 AAA batteries and comes with 3 ability cards, Gauntlet Blast, Color Swap and Taking You with Me.  It holds a total of 6 cards, 3 gate and 3 ability.

How to Play with the Gauntlet? the rules say:

When 2 opposing Bakugan open a Gate Card, and both players choose to play with BAKUGAUNTLET.

• use the keypad to enter your G-Power
• press the + key
• use the keypad to enter your Gate Attribute Bonus
• press the = to display the total
• Now…press  the  key
• BAKUGAUNTLET will reveal a bonus G-Power boost!
• press the = one more time to display the final total.

WINNER: the player with the highest point total wins and inserts the Gate card into their Gauntlet.

All in All, I say this is a must have, just like the Bakubox… this should be in every brawlers aresenal. Check out BakuGauntlet on BakuganBay
