I rarley find the odd color combo’s in local stores (bakugan is crazy in my area) so I tend to buy online only when it’s something special.  One such bakugan is the Heavy Metal Hydranoid in the Ventus Jungle version. Hydranoid is definitley in the top 3 most popular bakugan, and for good reason with all the available versions of hydranoid.

A New Bakugan “Trap” has been spotted in stores and getting crazy bids on ebay. Trap is brand new and doesn’t have any G-Power at all! Don’t count him out tho, as Trap is a  Special Attack bakugan

that comes in unique shapes that can be used in combonation with other bakugan for a more strageic and powerful attack.

I have yet to find one of these guys at my local stores, but that doesn’t surpize me as Bakugan is pretty popular in the Phoenix area… Be sure to check out the Trap listings on BakuganBay if your having trouble finding some local also.

>Update on how to use Trap in a Game

Trap is a square cube, Not a normal round marble. When Trap is placed on a Gate card it will open revealing either a different Attribute or G-Power. In a notmal battle, you woulld play with 3 Bakugan plus 1 Trap bakugan. When usiing the “Big Game” rules, you are only allowed 2 bakugan Traps. In order to play a bakugan Trap, you must have the same attribute as the bakugan in the battle that you want to use Trap with. Next you just lie Trap down on the gate card & when it opens, determine what is revealed, if it’s an Attribute symbol, then your Bakugans Attribute is changed to that Attribute. If a G-Power is revealed, then your bakugan gains that amount of G-Power. After the battle, Trap goes to the used pile. When you are out of bakugans to use, take all of those in your used pile and move them to your un-used pile, you may also move Trap as well.

Spin Dragoinoid

A New Special Attack has been released, Spin Dragonoid & Spin Ravenoid. These Special Attack Spin Bakugans actually “spin” while opening on a Gate Card. Available in all the attributes, they carry some heavy G-Power which usually makes them hard-to-find in stores and over priced on ebay’s Buy-it-Now.

Ok, Im a little late catching up on this post, but the  six legendary soldiers of vestroia have been released in B2 Bakuswap series and are available in stores now. Among the 6, is ClayF, the Legendary Subterra warrior, and thus far in the Bakugan series, has the highest G-Power yet of any bakugan. Though the Tan Subterra version of ClayF has 700Gs, there is also a 400G version with the same exact UPC number (5471) on the back of the package. As far as I know, there is no way to tell which of the two are actually in the package.
